This position offers the flexibility of hourly employment under a W2 agreement, providing a rewarding opportunity for educators who value flexibility in their schedules along with weekly pay!

Special Education Teacher, Full-Time - 2024/2025 School Year:
• 15-30 students max on caseload
• 5 needs
• Start: Aug 26th
• K-5
• 5 different buildings
• 40 hours per week
• Resource/pull-out
Pay & Benefits:
• $40+ hourly pay!

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to create inclusive learning environments.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and behavior.
Qualifications:
• State certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Interview Process:
• (10-15) minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
• (20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
• Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
