Essential Duties:
• Develop and implement a daily program to meet the needs of the children in his or her charge.
• Provide guidance and direction to the children, as needed.
• Communicate with parents as needed to keep the children safe and developmentally appropriate.
• Participate in parent and staff meetings and training sessions as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and other related activities as assigned and necessary to ensure that the agency is operated properly and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Must be able to pass background check.
