To perform a variety of duties related to identification and referral of children for the preschool disabilities program in the exceptional children's department, and to serve as a liaison between schools, outside agencies and the program activities.

• Manage and process registration information for preschool students
• Collect and maintain relevant educational and demographic data; prepare reports as necessary
• Participate in Transition Planning Conferences with the Children's Developmental Services Agency (CDSA)
• Provide training to school staff and community organizations about the referral and intake process of the EC preschool program
• Contact schools, day care centers, community agencies, physicians and other outside sources to provide information about the program; explain referral procedures
Knowledge and experience with Preschool Children
Knowledge of Microsoft Programs, Share Point Sites, Easy IEP, and Power School
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
