Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Teacher at Visual Vortex. The Teacher will be responsible for designing engaging lesson plans, delivering educational content, training team members, and providing guidance for professional development. The role involves fostering a productive learning environment and communicating effectively with learners to support skill-building and knowledge acquisition tailored to video production and related fields.

Qualifications
• Experience in Lesson Planning and developing structured, effective educational content.
• Proficiency in Teaching and Training, with the ability to adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning styles.
• Strong Communication skills for clear and effective delivery of concepts and fostering interactive learning.
• Background in Education or a related field, with a focus on instructional methodologies.
• Experience in video production, post-production, or creative media industries is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while managing educational objectives effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Media Studies, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
