Job Description
IDEA Public Schools seeks an Early Childhood Co-Teacher to support Prekindergarten–Grade 2 instruction under the lead teacher. You will facilitate small-group learning and provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports to help all students master learning goals.
The role involves collaboration with teachers, data-driven planning, and building a joyful classroom culture. Expect 40+ hours weekly at a campus in Texas.
