Philadelphia Technician Training Institute is seeking a School Retention Call Servicer to join our team! You will be responsible for helping our students by providing solutions and resource services that will help them resolve personal issues so that they can stay in school.
Responsibilities:
• You will make 200-300 calls a day to identify students reasons for absence.
• You will provide concerns to the management team for quick resolutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns.
• Document and update students daily issues until resolved.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the schools student services policies.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in telemarketing customer service.
• Ability to build rapport.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
