- ASK Academy $17.50-$24.00/hr
- Bernalillo Public Schools $20.00- $43.00/hr

Available Positions1. The ASK Academy – Substitute Teacher
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid New Mexico Substitute Teacher License required; assistance may be available to qualified candidates seeking licensure
• Required fingerprinting and background check
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working with students
2. Bernalillo Public Schools – Educational Assistant
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• New Mexico Level 1 Educational Assistant License required; assistance may be available to qualified candidates seeking licensure
• Required fingerprinting and background check
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable supporting students
3. Bernalillo Public Schools – Long-Term Special Education Teacher
Requirements:
• Current New Mexico Special Education Teaching License covering grades K–12
• Required fingerprinting and background check
• Ability to follow existing lesson plans and develop lesson plans as needed
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable supporting students with a variety of learning needs
Responsibilities
Depending on the position and assignment, responsibilities may include:
• Following provided lesson plans and developing lesson plans when needed for long-term assignments
• Supervising and supporting students throughout the school day
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and productive learning environment
• Following school policies, procedures, and classroom expectations
• Providing appropriate support to meet students’ individual learning needs
