International Children’s Academy is seeking a loving, enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated Spanish-speaking Infant & Toddler Teacher to join our growing team!
We are a high-quality, Spanish immersion early childhood education center committed to providing a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where children learn, explore, and thrive.
Fluency in Spanish is required, as our educational program focuses on Spanish language immersion throughout the school day.
Responsibilities
• Provide a loving, safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants and toddlers.
• Communicate and interact with children in Spanish throughout the day to support language immersion.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities.
• Support children’s cognitive, physical, social, emotional, and language development.
• Maintain consistent daily routines, including feeding, diapering, naps, and playtime.
• Create engaging learning experiences through music, sensory activities, storytelling, and creative play.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
• Communicate professionally with parents and team members.
• Follow Texas Child Care Licensing Minimum Standards and school policies.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and school leadership.
Qualifications
• Fluent Spanish speaking skills REQUIRED.
• Experience working with infants and toddlers in a licensed childcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood education and child development.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must meet Texas childcare licensing and background check requirements.
• Dependable, patient, caring, and professional.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for early childhood education.
