Key Responsibilities
Culture Ambassador
• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders, actively seeking feedback to enhance instruction and student performance.
• Exemplify professionalism and focus on preparing students for success.
Family and Student Engagement
• Engage families in their children’s academic journey and foster strong relationships within the classroom.
• Establish a classroom culture filled with joy, rigor, and high expectations.
Instruction and Content Mastery
• Thoroughly study Success Academy’s curriculum and learning goals.
• Deliver engaging lessons that drive mastery of content.
Evaluation and Improvement
• Analyze student work and assessment data to inform teaching practices.
• Provide timely, actionable feedback to students to enhance their performance.
Classroom Management
• Manage a classroom of over 25 students with established routines and expectations to maximize learning.
Minimum Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree is required prior to your first day with Success Academy; no education background needed.
• Fluency in English is a must; bilingual in Spanish or Haitian Creole is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for learning and dedication to student growth.
• Ability to work in person in Miami, Florida, where you will be employed.
