Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Seeking an experienced School Psychologist to support students across multiple educational levels, including Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School, as well as Pre-School. This contract position is based in Minneapolis, MN, serving a diverse student population within a dynamic school environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students in early childhood through high school and pre-school settings.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop tailored intervention plans.
Provide counseling and support services addressing academic, social, and emotional needs.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
Monitor student progress and adjust recommendations as needed.
Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
Experience working with a wide range of age groups, from pre-school through high school.
Strong understanding of child development and psychological assessment instruments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with school staff and families.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple caseloads within a contract period.
