Desired Qualifications and Experience:
• Hold a valid teaching license in Special Education (state certification required)
• Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and faculty
• Proficiency in adapting instructional techniques to diverse learning needs and abilities
• Comfortable utilizing technology and assistive devices in the classroom setting
• Experience with behavioral intervention strategies is a plus
