Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Part-time Assistant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. We are looking for someone who can work a full day on Tuesdat and Thursday, and an option to work other days, part-time.
In this role, you will support classroom activities, and foster a nurturing environment for young learners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with children, helping them develop essential skills while gaining valuable classroom experience. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, communicative, and eager to contribute to a positive learning atmosphere.
Duties
• Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and creating a safe, inclusive environment for children
• Provide attentive toddler and preschool care, including basic childcare routines such as feeding, diapering, and nap times
• Maintain clear communication with parents regarding daily activities and children's progress
Skills
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members
• Familiarity with working with children in a daycare or private school setting
• Experience in preschool or daycare environments is highly preferred
• Passion for working with children and supporting their growth through nurturing guidance
