Job Description
• Provide attentive and nurturing care to children around one year of age.
• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Plan and engage children in age-appropriate learning activities.
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
• Follow daily routines including meals, diapering, naps, and classroom activities.
• Supervise children at all times and ensure their health and safety.
• Communicate professionally with parents and guardians about their child’s daily activities and development.
• Observe and document children’s developmental progress and milestones.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
• Follow all center policies, health and safety procedures, and childcare regulations.
