Job Description
A school district in Denver is seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher for a high school caseload. This full-time position offers the opportunity to help students achieve academic success through individualized instruction, accommodations, and collaborative educational planning.
Required Qualifications
• Active Colorado Special Education License
• Knowledge of special education laws and IEP procedures
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver special education services and accommodations
• Support student achievement and goal attainment
• Develop, review, and update IEPs
• Collaborate with families, administrators, and educators
• Maintain accurate student records and progress reports
Preferred Experience
• School-based special education experience
• Experience working with high school students
• Experience managing a resource or inclusion caseload
Education
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education
• Active Colorado Special Education License
