Job Description
After-school program assistant available in Portland area. Assists in providing support and guidance to students in a supervised setting. Supports activities and promotes a positive learning environment. Assists with student supervision and ensures safety. Collaborates with program staff to implement program curriculum. Provides assistance with homework, as needed. Supports program goals and objectives. Assists in maintaining program cleanliness and organization. Promotes positive behavior and encourages student engagement. May assist with program communication and parent outreach. Works as part of a team to create a nurturing and inclusive after-school environment.
