Duties
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various school positions, including teaching staff, administrative roles, and support personnel.
• Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as UltiPro, Taleo, Kenexa BrassRing, and HRIS platforms to source, track, and manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate suitability, and facilitate hiring decisions through effective negotiation and candidate sourcing strategies.
• Develop and implement campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent from colleges and universities.
• Manage external recruiting efforts through social media marketing campaigns, job fairs, cold calling, and relationship management with external partners.
• Ensure compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal standards during all recruitment activities.
• Coordinate employee orientation programs, onboarding processes, employee evaluation procedures, and training & development initiatives to support new hires’ integration.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in high volume recruitment, technical recruiting, or full cycle recruiting within educational or related sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Familiarity with talent management software such as UltiPro, Taleo, Kenexa BrassRing, or similar HR systems.
• Knowledge of employment & labor law applicable to talent acquisition and human resources practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in candidate sourcing and HR legal compliance.
• Experience with social media marketing for recruitment purposes and utilizing ATS platforms effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while independently managing external recruiting efforts.
