High School Part-Time Intervention Specialist - Certified Teacher (Reading and Math)

Catapult Learning is hiring a Part-Time Intervention Specialist to deliver in-person reading and math intervention to 9–12 students in Houston-area private schools.

As a Part-Time Intervention Specialist, you will:

Provide in-person reading and math instruction to small groups of 9–12 students


Use Catapult Learning’s evidence-based curriculum and lesson plans


Customize instruction to meet student needs and skill levels


Create a positive, engaging learning environment


Track academic progress and maintain accurate records


Collaborate with school staff to support student success

Schedule and Location:

Part-time, Monday–Friday during school hours


On-site at private schools across Houston, TX

Pay Rate: $23.50 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

What we’ll need from you:


Bachelor’s degree (required)

Active teaching certification for Texas (required)

Experience teaching both reading and math in a K–12 setting

Strong communication and classroom management skills

A commitment to helping all students grow and succeed
