Doral Academy of Nevada - Cactus Campus is seeking a 5th Grade Math/Science Teacher for our school in Las Vegas, NV.
Responsibilities:
• Create lesson plans and assessments for students
• Develop and implement a variety of assessment methods to evaluate students' performance
• Create and implement a variety of instructional strategies to meet the needs of students with learning differences
• Maintain records on students' progress, behavior, and other information that pertains to student development and school improvement
• Attend professional development sessions on topics related to teaching and learning
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Education
• NV teaching License or a license from another state that has reciprocity
• Previous experience working with children with learning differences preferred
• Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Must be able to work in a classroom setting with other teachers, parents, and administrators
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $52,500.00 per year
