What You'll Do

Every morning, you'll help create an exceptional start to the day by:

• Welcoming children and families with warmth and professionalism

• Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment

• Leading fun, hands-on learning experiences using the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum

• Reading stories, singing songs, encouraging exploration, and celebrating milestones

• Supporting children's social, emotional, and cognitive development

• Helping children transition smoothly into their school day

• Working as a team to ensure classrooms are prepared, organized, and ready for success

Schedule

Full-Time

Monday-Friday

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

This position requires a consistent Monday-Friday schedule. Because children and families rely on familiar teachers and predictable routines, applicants should be able to maintain this schedule consistently.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience working with young children

• Reliable personal transportation

• Excellent attendance and punctuality

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Ability to meet Missouri childcare licensing requirements

• Comfortable with active supervision, classroom routines, diapering (when applicable), playground supervision, meals, and daily transitions

Preferred

• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)

• Experience in a licensed childcare center
