Job Summary:
We are seeking a caring and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at an elementary school. Schedule:
• PART TIME 7am to 1pm
• Monday to Friday
You will play a vital role in the well-being of our students by ensuring that the building is safe, clean, and conducive to learning. You will monitor the hallways, cafeteria, recess, support the custodian, and will interact with students and staff to promote an inclusive, welcoming, and respectful environment for all. The role requires someone who is flexible, adaptable, able to multi-task and problem solve.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and teaching staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to families and stakeholders.
