We’re seeking a talented, full-time Occupational Therapist to join our school-based services team in San Francisco.

Professional License Requirements:Â

Applicants are required to have the following, legally mandated certifications. Applicants without these requirements will not be considered.Â
• Have active state-level licensure as an Occupational TherapistÂ
• Hold a master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited universityÂ

What to expect from this role:Â

Experience working in schools or with children is a plus but not required.Â
• Evaluate disorders and delays that affect students’ ability to perform daily activities and reach their educational goals Â
• Develop/improve individual’s ability to independently perform tasks Â
• Serve as member of the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) team for students with occupational therapy concernsÂ
• Facilitate goals and objectives per child’s educational plan Â
• Maintain appropriate records Â
• Work in coordination with school personnel and parents to develop appropriate programs for eligible studentsÂ
• Effectively communicate with teachers, administrators, and parents Â
• Perform other OT duties/responsibilities required by the Program and within the scope of licensure and/or certificationÂ
• Ensure all services are performed in accordance with state laws and regulationsÂ
