This is a flexible, per diem opportunity perfect for educators who are committed to making an impact while maintaining control of their schedule.
What You’ll Do
• Step into classrooms and confidently carry out lesson plans provided by the teacher
• Create a structured, positive, and engaging learning environment
• Support students academically, socially, and emotionally
• Work with diverse learners, including students with IEPs and special needs
• Keep students on track with literacy, math, and daily learning goals
• Maintain strong classroom management and professionalism at all times
• Communicate effectively with school staff and administrators
• Supervise students throughout the day including transitions, lunch, and recess
• Adapt quickly to different classrooms, grade levels, and school environments
What We’re Looking For
• Experience working with children (school or childcare setting preferred)
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to lead with confidence
• Reliable, professional, and able to take initiative
• Flexible and comfortable with last-minute assignments
• Background in education, special education, or child development is a plus
• Experience with autism or behavioral support is highly valued
• Passion for supporting student success and showing up consistently
