WI Teaching Lifetime or Provisional License Required

Are you a Wisconsin-licensed educator who enjoys building relationships, organizing programs, managing budgets, and helping schools improve teaching and learning? Learning Exchange is looking for an Education Account Manager to support assigned Non Public Milwaukee-area schools through professional development, family engagement, resource coordination, and program planning.

In this role, you will partner directly with school leaders to identify needs, develop and coordinate professional development opportunities, manage program budgets and purchases, coordinate vendors and events, and ensure resources are used effectively to support student achievement. You'll serve as a trusted partner to schools while balancing relationship-building, organization, budgeting, documentation, and day-to-day coordination.

This position is a strong fit for a Wisconsin-licensed educator who wants to use their education experience in a relationship-driven role beyond the traditional classroom.

What you'll do:
• Partner with K-12 school leaders to develop and manage professional development and family engagement plans
• Coordinate trainings, workshops, presenters, instructional resources, and school events
• Manage budgets, purchasing, invoices, and supporting documentation for assigned schools
• Build strong relationships with school leaders, educators, vendors, and community partners
• Research and recommend educational products, services, and resources
• Track projects, deadlines, participation, and reporting requirements
• Adapt plans and processes as school needs and guidance change

What we're looking for:
• Current Wisconsin DPI Educator License required
• Experience working in K-12 education, professional development, or with schools preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with budgets, purchasing, and financial documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and other technology
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while meeting deadlines
• Occasional travel to assigned Milwaukee-area non-public schools; mileage reimbursement provided

Important: A Wisconsin substitute teaching license does not meet the educator-license requirement for this position.
