Job Description
Support for the ECE Community AND Your Life!
Staff Our Schools understands that ECE teachers need balance, flexibility and respect for their lives outside of the center; and child care centers need teachers who are focused, engaged and present when in the classroom. That's why we offer a balanced scale to address and care for BOTH needs!
Our company utilizes a self-scheduling model for our teachers, which helps to address the difficulty that most ECE communities face on a daily basis: support for child care classrooms AND scheduling flexibility for teachers. Our teaching staff members provide an essential support system for our partner center communities by providing relief from the staffing shortages that child care centers face regularly. Our teachers fill in those gaps, which helps to provide continuity of care for the children, and support for the center staff.
This thoughtfully sustained partnership between child care centers and teachers creates a very intentional care safety net for our earliest learners, and support for classrooms when they need it most!
Staff Our Schools helps ECE to work better for everyone!
