The Big Walnut Local School District Is Seeking Qualified Applicants For The Below Position With Our Theatre Department Beginning The 2026/2027 School Year
• Technical Director (Drama) - one-year supplemental contract
Duties To Include, But Are Not Limited To
• Design, create, build and decorate props and special effects for theater productions
• Coordinate stage design and layout with the stage director
• Assist in ordering materials and supplies for productions
• Ensure safety procedures are followed in set design and layouts
• Work with students under teacher's direction
• Configure theater seating for productions
• Write and distribute promotional theater material for marketing
• Attend performances for newspapers, display, and staff use
• Perform other duties as assigned
