Assistant Violin Teacher Needed (Early Childhood Specialist / Curriculum Provided)
Our studio operates on a specialized, proprietary teaching curriculum. We are seeking a dedicated, patient, and passionate instructor to join our team and grow with us.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Music (Violin Performance) or higher from a 4-year university.
• Locations: Must be able to commute and teach at both studio locations: [1025 S de Anza blvd, San Jose ] and [1620 Oakland rd, D200, San Jose].
• Schedule: [Part-time]
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Early Childhood Experience: Passionate about working with young children (starting from 3.5 years old) with exceptional patience, kindness, and encouragement.
• Trainability: Eager to learn, adopt, and faithfully implement our studio's specific teaching methodology and curriculum.
• Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain smooth, transparent communication with Jinny, students, and parents.
• Dependability: Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to student progress.
Key Responsibilities & Tracking System
• Conducting individual violin lessons based on the studio's curriculum.
• Detailed Progress Tracking (Required):
• Log notes after every lesson detailing what was taught and specific challenges the student faced.
• Record short video clips of each student’s lesson progress.
• Note: Jinny reviews all logs and videos to design personalized lesson guidelines and step-by-step roadmaps for every student.
