Role Description The Speech-Language Pathology Assistant is a full-time, on-site role located in St Paul, MN. This position supports licensed Speech-Language Pathologists by implementing treatment plans, providing direct services to students, and collecting data on student progress. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with speech, language, and communication activities; preparing instructional materials; and organizing therapy environments that align with Montessori principles. The assistant will collaborate with Guides, support staff, and families to promote effective communication skills and help integrate speech and language goals into the classroom. Duties also include maintaining accurate documentation, following individualized education programs (IEPs), and adhering to school and district policies.
