Job Description
A full-time Educational Diagnostician position is available to provide comprehensive assessment services in the New Caney area, including surrounding cities near Tomball, TX. This role is contracted through the end of the school year, offering 37.5 hours per week, with an immediate start.
Responsibilities include conducting thorough evaluations primarily at one elementary school site, with occasional support required at other schools within the district. The role demands expertise in educational diagnosis to guide individualized education planning and support services for students.
Key Qualifications:
• Experience as an Educational Diagnostician is strongly preferred, with the ability to independently manage caseloads and produce detailed reports.
• New graduates will be considered if they possess substantial related experience, demonstrating readiness and competence.
• Candidates may be monolingual or bilingual in Spanish, enhancing communication with diverse student populations.
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, educational regulations, and intervention strategies.
• Effective collaboration skills to work with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
