Requirements:
• Valid Special Education Teacher certification/license (or eligibility) for Georgia
• Experience in Special Education, preferably with 4th-grade students
• Familiarity with ELA and math instruction
• Previous co-teaching experience is a plus
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Support a 4th-grade caseload in core subject areas (ELA and math)
• Co-teach with general education staff to ensure inclusive instruction
• Adapt materials and strategies to accommodate students’ IEPs
• Monitor, report, and document student progress
