Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central role in defining the vision, strategy, and operational roadmap of Adonai Science Learning. This part-time, hybrid position is based in Columbus, OH, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating on business planning, developing science learning offerings, and refining the organization’s educational model. The Co-Founder will help build partnerships, support marketing and outreach activities, and assist with early sales efforts to grow the learner base. The role also involves conducting market and educational research, overseeing key projects, and contributing to decisions about resource allocation, budgeting, and long-term growth. This position is suited to someone who wants both strategic influence and hands-on involvement in a mission-driven educational venture.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate opportunities, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with learners, partners, educators, and other stakeholders.
• Sales and marketing skills to help develop the brand, grow enrollment, and build strategic relationships.
• Research skills to explore educational trends, learner needs, and competitive offerings in science education.
• Experience or interest in education, science learning, or edtech, preferably with exposure to curriculum or program design.
• Ability to work effectively in a small, early-stage environment, taking initiative and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and availability to participate in in-person meetings and activities in Columbus, OH.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, science, business, or a related field is beneficial.
