Remote Special Education Teacher Ohio Schools
Location: Fully Remote
VocoVision is seeking a licensed Special Education Teacher to provide virtual instruction and support to students across Ohio. This fully remote opportunity offers the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful impact by helping students reach their academic and developmental goals.
Responsibilities:
Provide virtual special education instruction and individualized support to students.
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Collaborate with families, general education teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.
Adapt instructional materials and teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.
Utilize district-approved virtual platforms and IEP systems for instruction and documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
Active Ohio Special Education teaching license.
Previous school-based experience preferred.
Experience developing and implementing IEPs.
Experience providing virtual instruction is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills.
