Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thornton, CO, for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician. The technician will perform routine and preventive maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, and ensure effective system operation. Responsibilities include addressing system issues, adhering to safety guidelines, collaborating with other team members, and maintaining compliance with EPA and other relevant regulations.
Qualifications
• Skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimum HVAC performance
• Knowledge of Plumbing and associated systems
• Familiarity with EPA regulations and certifications
• Understanding of Electricity and its application in HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Relevant certifications and licenses in HVAC systems are preferred
• Experience in a school or large facility setting is a plus
