Position: On-Call Montessori Substitute Teacher — Flexible Hours
Guidepost Montessori is seeking a friendly, on-call Substitute Teacher to support our mixed-age classrooms when full-time teachers are out. No formal Montessori training is required; training is provided during orientation and onboarding.
As a Substitute Teacher, you’ll work with children ages 0–6 to maintain a calm, engaging, and nurturing learning environment. This role offers flexible, part-time hours and a potential path to full-time Assistant Teacher positions within Guidepost Montessori.
