Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Perform oil changes and filter replacements, along with lubrication services.
• Inspect vehicles for issues and suggest necessary actions.
• Conduct basic maintenance such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
• Utilize basic computer skills for documentation.
• Ensure inventory is managed effectively and supplies are stocked.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Adhere to safety protocols to create a safe working environment.
Requirements:
• Detail-oriented with strong ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for services.
• Achieve SuperPro certification.
• Reliable transportation required.
Physical Requirements:
• Able to inspect and replace car parts, including lights and wipers.
• Check and add fluids to vehicles as needed.
• Inspect and replace air filters.
• Properly add oil based on vehicle specifications.
• Lift and rotate tires for servicing.
• Perform tasks on cooling systems and transmissions.
• Conduct thorough checks to ensure all necessary services are accurately performed.
• Move across service bays as needed.
• Utilize stairs, catwalks, and step stools to access parts and perform services.
• Work extended periods in various physical positions beneath vehicles.
• Move and transport items up to approximately 50 pounds.
• Work with tools in tight spaces as necessary.
Working Environment:
• Expect to work in a variety of environmental conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
• Be prepared for moderate to high noise levels.
• Work near mechanical parts, moving vehicles, and potential exposure to chemicals.
• Function within narrow aisles or on catwalks.
