The Position
The School Culture Coordinator is responsible for fostering a positive, inclusive, and student-centered school culture at Washington Global PCS. This role provides leadership in promoting positive student behavior, strengthening student and family engagement, and planning meaningful school-wide events that build community. The School Culture Coordinator also leads communication related to student behavior and school climate, collaborates with families to support student success, and cultivates community partnerships that enhance the educational experience and contribute to a safe, welcoming, and supportive learning environment for all students.

Salary and Benefits
