Job Description
• Assist the teacher in implementing daily lessons, routines, and activities.
• Work with preschool-age children individually and in small groups.
• Support students in social, emotional, and developmental growth.
• Assist with some diaper changing and toileting as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.
• Follow the lead and direction of the teacher.
• Communicate positively with students, staff and families
• Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing needs.
