Job Description
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Classroom/Teacher support for Alternative Education/Emotional Support Students.
Support Middle School and High School students with behavior and social-emotional needs.
Provide support for students who struggle to manage their behavior.
Supervise lunch and activities.
Use verbal de-escalation strategies to help students.
Use physical restraint procedures, when appropriate, for the safety of the student. Will be trained and certified by us prior to working with students.
Supervise and Support students walking to a different class
Assisting the Classroom Teacher with tasks.
Provides daily support in the classroom.
Experience managing student behavior is a must.
Classrooms have the maximum of 15 students.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.50 - $23.00 per hour
