Allied OneSource is hiring a dedicated Special Education Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. Join our team as a contracted educator supporting a partner school district in Raytown, MO.
What You’ll Do
• Provide specialized instruction aligned with students' Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with students, families, and educational teams
• Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families
• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal special education regulations
What You Need
• Valid Missouri Special Education teaching certification (required)
• Authorization to work as a Special Education Teacher in Missouri
• Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction and support diverse learners
• Passion for helping students achieve academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success
