Make a real
difference in students' lives. Soliant Education is hiring multiple Special
Education Teachers to support students across grade levels for a partner
district in Raytown, Missouri (also recruiting in nearby Independence, Lee's
Summit, Grandview, Blue Springs, and Kansas City, MO).
• *What You'll Do:**
• Provide individualized and small-group instruction to students with
disabilities in resource, co-teaching, or self-contained settings
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals, accommodations, and progress
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, related service
providers, and families to support each student's success
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with special education
regulations
• *What You'll Need:**
• Active Special Education teaching certification (or ability to obtain one)
• Experience with the relevant age group preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
