Position: Special Education Teacher
Schedule: Full-Time
School Year: August 12, 2026 – June 7, 2027
Spindle is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time opportunity in Rocklin, California. This position will provide continuity of services while covering two maternity leaves during the 2026–2027 school year, with the potential to remain through the end of the school year.
Position Details
• Full-time Special Education Teacher
• August–November: Elementary caseload
• November–March: Middle School caseload
• Assignment is expected to continue through the end of the school year
• Opportunity to work across both elementary and middle school settings
• $45/hr and up based on experience
Requirements
• Active California Mild/Moderate Education Specialist Credential required
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs
• Ability to collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and families
• Strong classroom management and differentiated instruction skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing grade-level assignments
