Franklin Elementary is seeking a 2nd Grade Leave Replacement (1.0 FTE) Teacher for first semester of the 2026-.2027 school year (8/24/26 - 1/29/26). We are looking for a collaborative, student-centered educator who believes every child belongs and can thrive. Qualifications
• Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate with an Elementary Education endorsement (or the ability to obtain certification prior to the start of employment).
Salary: Paid per teacher salary schedule with Base contract plus additional contracts for LEAP days, and Responsibility. Additional Technology stipend and Professional Fund. See LWEA salary schedule posted on website. Full benefit package available for employees working a minimum of 630 hours during the school year.
