As a part of Champions, you'll support hardworking families and elementary-aged kids during out-of-school hours on school grounds. You will partner with administrators to bring our programs to their districts and work with students to inspire them to aim higher, think bigger, and never give up.

In your role as an Educator, you will:
• Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom, modeling behaviors and providing constructive feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive through play and learning.
• Engage with parents to ensure a shared commitment to providing the best care and education for their children.
• Contribute to your center's success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in handling multiple tasks effectively.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or a willingness to obtain these qualifications.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to assume low postures to maintain visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activities with children.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English effectively with children and parents.
