Duties

• Engage in mentoring relationships with students to promote personal growth and academic success.
• Facilitate library services and encourage a love for reading among students.
• Collaborate with fellow educators in curriculum development and share best practices for teaching methodologies.
• Maintain open lines of communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in lesson planning and classroom management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
• Experience working with children in childcare settings or educational environments.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment that supports all students' growth.
