Pleasantville Elementary is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and student-centered Special Education Self-Contained Teacher to join our Tiger Family for the upcoming school year.

What You'll Do
• Provide specialized instruction for students in a self-contained classroom
• Develop and implement individualized instruction aligned with students' IEPs
• Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
• Collaborate with related service providers, families, and campus staff
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs
Qualifications
• Valid Texas Special Education Certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for serving students with diverse learning needs
• Commitment to building positive relationships with students and families
Compensation
Salary and compensation will be determined by the district's Human Resources Department based on qualifications, certification status, and applicable experience.
