Kindspire Education is actively hiring Special Education Teachers for full-time, in-person K–6 elementary opportunities throughout the San Diego, CA area for the 2026–2027 school year.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction to K–6 students with mild to moderate disabilities.

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families to support student success.

• Differentiate instruction to meet each student's academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations.

• Foster a structured, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Active California Education Specialist Instruction Credential (Mild/Moderate or Mild to Moderate Support Needs)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
