About Ma
r
ch to the Polls: March to the Polls is a 501c3 nonpartisan organization wit a mission to empower youth and other low-voting communities— through nonpartisan civic education, leadership development, and real-world learning experiences—to lead, vote, and stay civically engaged. We operate three programs: high school voter education and registration, on-campus civic engagement clubs, and community voter engagement.
Working in partnership with school districts, educators, election officials, and community organizations, MTTP equips young people with the knowledge, confidence, and opportunities to become lifelong participants in our democracy.
About the Role: The School Partnerships and Communications Manager serves as MTTP's primary relationship builder for our High School Voter Education & Registration program and helps tell the story of our impact across North Texas. This person ensures schools have a seamless and positive experience partnering with MTTP. They also support the organization's communications efforts by developing content, coordinating storytelling, and helping ensure stakeholders receive timely, relevant, and consistent information. Success in this role is measured by the strength of the relationships built with our partners and the effectiveness of the systems used to communicate our impact. The goal is for districts, campuses, and teachers to view MTTP as their trusted partner for voter education and registration efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and finding creative ways to share stories that inspire others. A strong candidate is outgoing, organized, collaborative, and flexible under pressure. Because MTTP serves schools across the DFW metroplex, this position requires regular travel (see stipend detail
