Paraprofessional/Instructional Aide (2 Openings - Bonsall area, CA) Now hiring two Paraprofessionals in Bonsall! Full-time, normal bell schedule hours (Mon-Fri) supporting a K-2 Moderate/Severe classroom - pay based on experience. Openings: 2
Location: North County, San Diego
Schedule: Full-time, normal bell schedule hour s (Mond ay-Friday)
Compensation: $18-21/hr., pay based on experience
Responsibilities:
• Support students in a K-2 Moderate/Severe classroom • Provide classroom and 1:1 support under teacher direction • Assist with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional programs • Reinforce positive behavior and classroom management • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
• Experience working with children required; school or childcare experience preferred • Experience with students with special needs strongly preferred • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus • Strong communication and teamwork skills
