No prior education experience is required! We offer extensive training and a proven curriculum, allowing you to concentrate on your students rather than lesson planning.

Teaching certification and Master's degrees are not required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Lesson Planning and Instruction: Implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, using diverse teaching strategies to enhance learning and effectively manage a classroom of 20+ students.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Monitor student progress through assignments and assessments, provide timely feedback for improvement, and maintain accurate records of student performance.
• Classroom Management: Establish and uphold classroom rules to foster a productive learning environment.
• Communication and Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success.

Minimum Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree obtained before your first day of work with Success Academy (education experience not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for learning and commitment to student development.
• Able to work in person in New York City.
