Job Description

Responsible for coordinating safe and efficient transportation services to schools in Chicago.
• Oversee daily transportation schedules and routes
• Collaborate with school administrators to address student transportation needs
• Ensure compliance with state and district transportation policies and regulations
• Coordinate and supervise school bus drivers and monitors
• Monitor fleet maintenance and repair activities
• Resolve transportation-related issues in a timely manner
• Foster positive relationships with parents and community stakeholders
• Maintain accurate transportation records and documentation
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for transportation services
• Stay updated on industry best practices to improve efficiency and safety standards.
