Location: Local partner schools
Schedule: 1-4 hours per week (after school)
Program Length: Typically 10 weeks
Start Dates: Programs launch throughout the school year
Compensation: $50+ per instructional hour, flexible based on assignment and instructor experience
Are you passionate about dance and working with youth? Join Concorde Education as a Part-Time After-School Dance Educator and inspire students to explore their creativity, build confidence, and develop essential skills through dance.
In this rewarding role, you will:
• Lead engaging and energetic dance sessions that cater to students of various skill levels.
• Teach a variety of dance styles, including hip-hop, jazz, and contemporary, as well as foundational techniques.
• Create choreographies and group routines, encouraging teamwork and cooperation.
• Maintain a positive and structured environment that fosters creativity and self-expression.
• Coordinate with school staff and Concorde program contacts to ensure a successful dance program.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
• Minimum of 60 college credits completed.
• Experience in dance instruction, choreography, or performance.
• Previous experience working with youth in educational or recreational settings.
• Strong communication and group facilitation skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
